A good friend of mine told me about OneB Healthcare Centre. Since I wasn't planning to do anything last Saturday, I decided to drive down to 1Borneo Hypermall to where the centre is located. You really need to know your way around the mall to find the centre. The entrance to the centre is quite private which i personally like because I am a private kind of guy.

As I walked in the centre, I was greeted by a young man. He was very friendly and gave me all the information I needed to know about the services they provided. I was then introduced to the healthcare personnels who would be looking after me.

The lighting is the centre is one of those which makes you feel relaxed as you sat down. The music was loud at first...I told them to turn it down a bit.

A man called Justin was assigned to (I chose him, rather) assist me throughout my 2 hour experience there. He was a very nice man and very accommodating which put me at ease. He talked when he needed to and kept quiet when I began to fall asleep.

I had a full body scrub and a full body massage. Although I was completely naked throughout my treatment, I felt very comfortable!
